Preparing Charcoal Disks

TIPS ON BURNING INCENSE WITH CHARCOAL DISKS:

Gather your tools, set your space, collect your incense or resins and ingredients first. Set the intentions and carefully make space for your practice.
Open a window or turn on your air filter high. Charcoal disk burning releases a heavy smoke on preparation. (NOTE: Keep Out Of Children/Pet Reach, Keep away from clutter, Follow fire safety protocols. They STINK!)

With metal tongs or gauze tweezers, pick up charcoal disk and place charcoal disk over fire, covering all sides of the disk.
Gently blow air, igniting life, into the embers of the charcoal disk.
Place charcoal disk in heat safe offering bowl. (Check out our cute selection of vintage, antique #vintique treasures below!)
Depending on your intention, add your favorite resins, incenses or homemade incense powders.
Meditate, Cleanse, Journal, enjoy and do as you will.
